Production Process

Our process converts clean wood feedstocks into high-carbon biochar through a low-oxygen, slow-pyrolysis reaction. The result is a stable, porous carbon with ≈ 400 m² / g surface area, high water-holding capacity, and low ash (< 2%).

After pyrolysis, each batch passes through a dedicated crushing and four-stage screening line that separates it into four precision-graded products:

Technical Edge: Why InfiniteEco Biochar Performs Better

Higher Surface Area

~400 m²/g vs < 250 m²/g for typical biochars — meaning similar adsorption with ⅓ the dosage.

Low Ash, Clean Feedstock

Enhances CEC, microbial colonization, and soil performance.

Optimized Pore Distribution

Balanced meso- and micropores maximize ammonia and nutrient capture.

Consistent Kiln Quality

10-hour conversion cycle produces uniform, stable carbon structures.
