InfiniteEco Biochar Products
Powered by Biochar Now® Licensed Technology
Premium, high-performance biochar using proprietary slow-pyrolysis kilns. Each batch is carefully engineered for maximum adsorption, purity, and consistency — ideal for agricultural, environmental, and industrial applications.
Production Process
Our process converts clean wood feedstocks into high-carbon biochar through a low-oxygen, slow-pyrolysis reaction. The result is a stable, porous carbon with ≈ 400 m² / g surface area, high water-holding capacity, and low ash (< 2%).
After pyrolysis, each batch passes through a dedicated crushing and four-stage screening line that separates it into four precision-graded products:
Four Precision-Graded Products

Particle Range:
1" – 3 mm (Coarse)
Use Cases:
Poultry/livestock bedding, odor control, direct soil placement
Up to 60% ammonia reduction in field trials

Particle Range:
3 mm – 26 mesh (Granular)
Use Cases:
Composting, turf & soil blends, bio-concrete/asphalt fillers
Excellent moisture management and nutrient adsorption

Particle Range:
26 – 50 mesh (Fine granule)
Use Cases:
Irrigation injection, filtration pre-media, biofilters
Ideal for wet compost aeration and storm-water treatment

Particle Range:
< 50 mesh (Ultra-fine)
Use Cases:
Microbe carriers, polymer composites, high-reactivity mixes
Renewable carbon-black substitute for advanced materials
Biochar Size Selection Table

| Ash | < 2% | Clean, low-residue biochar |
| Moisture | < 10% | Stable for storage |
| pH | 8.5 – 9.0 | Mildly alkaline — helps neutralize acidic soils |
| Bulk Density | 130 – 220 kg / m³ | Lightweight and porous (varies by size) |
| Feedstock | Clean wood | Renewable and uniform |
Packaging Options

Both options are palletized and stretch-wrapped for outdoor storage and transport stability.
Technical Edge: Why InfiniteEco Biochar Performs Better
~400 m²/g vs < 250 m²/g for typical biochars — meaning similar adsorption with ⅓ the dosage.
Enhances CEC, microbial colonization, and soil performance.
Balanced meso- and micropores maximize ammonia and nutrient capture.
10-hour conversion cycle produces uniform, stable carbon structures.
Comparison Snapshot
| Metric | Commodity Biochar | InfiniteEco / Biochar Now | Activated Carbon (e.g., Norit) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Surface Area | 100 – 250 m²/g | 300 – 400 m²/g | 900 – 1200 m²/g |
| Primary Porosity | Macro-dominant | Balanced meso + micro | Mostly microporous |
| Use Focus | Bulk soil amendment | Soil, bedding, filtration hybrid | Filtration/remediation only |
| Dose Efficiency | 2–3 t/acre typical | ~1 t/acre equivalent | n/a |
| Cost/ton (est.) | Low | Medium | High |
| Feedstock Origin | Mixed ag waste | Clean wood | Coal/coconut shell |
Key takeaway: InfiniteEco's engineered biochar bridges the gap between agricultural biochar and industrial activated carbon, delivering high adsorption and measurable ROI at a sustainable cost.
